Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Products not returned in original packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day return period

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout (e.g. Stripe payment card refund).

Refunds are issued in GBP (£) and will be returned to the same payment account used for the purchase.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
